How to solve Push notifications not showing?

Hi

Im trying to change notification settings, for example to get notified day before due date. No matter what I do it doesn't work. The push notifications options does not appear at all.

I've verified that the tasks are assigned to me and have a due date.

I've verified that notifications are enabled for the app under phone settings. Xiaomi 11T, Android 13

Hi yes I enabled settings

However, I also followed the link you sent and it appears that for some reason, my menu doesn't look the same.

Hi @assaf aman,

please try to enter the MeisterTask settings page via a regular web browser. Not via mobile device. You will have more options, when you're logged in via web browser 👍️
