[RESOLVED] Unresponsive MM Android app

Hi!

I'm Trying to use MindMeister Android Application at Galaxy Tab A (2016), Android Version 8.1.0, but I am facing problems to "Open" or "Close" any floating topic or Subtopic on My Maps at this App, because the button "Open/Close" just doesn't works.

Any Idea about how can I solve that?

    I have some follow-up questions:

    • are all your maps affected? if only one/few, please share the map IDs for the affected map.
    • does the affected map(s) work OK on the PC?

    Yes, all my maps are affected by this issue

    Yes, they work perfectly at PC
