How to change registered email address / username?
I want to change my username / registered email address, as I have stopped using the underlying domain.
I have tried performing the functions in the Account Settings that look like they should facilitate this action, and clicked the verification in the email sent to my new email address, but then just get an error saying "Something Went Wrong" - which is obviously mighty useful.
Anyone got any tips?

Hi Jon — I've seen this issue occur before when the new email address you're trying to use is already associated with an account. Could that be possible here? If yes, you might want to sign in to that account and delete it. This should solve the issue.
Alternatively, you can DM me the name of the e-mail you're trying to change to and I can check in the backend if this is the case 👍
