Is there a way to 'snapshot' a webpage to create a Note in the Notes app?

Is there a way to 'snapshot' a webpage to create a Note in the Notes app? typically this would be something like a chrome plugin. rather than selecting the content of the page and copy/paste. thank you!

    I'm afraid this feature could risk infringing copyright law. I'm not a specialist in law questions, but I know some people who got problems with lawyers after publishing snapshots of other websites.

    thanks. I am thinking of the similar feature that Evernote offers through a chrome extension. Also Notion has one as well.
