Button "Close All Topics" to close all topics at the same time on public maps

When my clients open my public map, all the topics are automatically open..

It's impossible to spend time to close them one by one for me and clients ..

Thank you, I've seen this, and done, but it doesn't work .. It works on my own Map, but when my clients open it on google chrome or firefox with public map link, all is alway expanded.

Hi @Karine M and welcome to the community 👋🙂

Most times this problem is caused by old cookies in the browser cache. This behaviour should stop, after deleting the browser cache. Instead of that, you can ask your clients to open the link in incognito mode.

I have tested the procedure, described in my "best practice article" with different browsers and it worked nicely.
