What is the best way to build and manage Org Charts in MM?

We are looking to build and maintain an Org Chart for our company and we are looking for some best practices. We want it to be viewable to all of the employees (even ones without MindMeister accounts. We want it to be flexible and be able to show just titles or titles and employee names.

Welcome @Gravitate Joel! In addition to Jörg's suggestions above, you might try this template made by @Anna Ksiezarczyk. Even if you don't want to use it directly, it shows a few principles for best practice: Adding images and aligning them to the left or right of descriptive text, using connections for related jobs, etc.

Also, if you'd like to make your map visible to users who don't have an MM account, be sure to publish the map and use the public URL.
