Error when I right-click. Troubleshooting?

Several of us are working on the same mindmap, but for several hours now, every time we try to make a right-click modification, we get an error message."An error has occurred. We are very sorry, our team is already aware of the problem and is working on a solution. Please refresh the page."
La page est ensuite actualisé et nous pouvons rien faire.
What should we do? Are we going to lose everything?

    Thanks all — it seems that this may have been caused be an issue displaying emojis. We've just deployed a fix — can anyone confirm if this has solved the issue?

    I'm sorry to hear about this. Let's try some general troubleshooting first:

    1. Please clear cookies + cache.
    2. Please log out of MindMeister.
    3. Please quit your browser (and make sure its up to date).
    4. Open the browser, log back in and try again.

    You can also try:

    1. In Incognito mode.
    2. In a different browser.

    Is the error occurring for everybody? Is everybody working on different laptops?

    Thank you for your help,

    I tried all the steps you told me and there is still the same error message when I righ clic on a chart.

    When I try with different browser or in incognito mode, it's works but after some minutes of manipulation, same error. I think it has something to do with the use of smiley faces in the charts.

    Thank you ! It's not worked the first time.
    But I cleard the cookie and cache and it was perfectly fine.
