I'd like to try to help you and will start with some standard questions:
- Are you the only user, or do others have access (via sharing) to your mind map too?
- Are you working via mobile app or a browser?
- Have you tried to log out of your browser, delete the cache and cookies and re-log-in?
- Or to try it with another browser?
