    Thanks @elviojr,

    I've spoken with our devs and found out that this is a current bug.

    They've made a few changes in the backend.

    Please could you both (@elviojr and @hitomi) refresh and see if the issue persists? It should work fine now.

    I´m trying to open a document and i can´t.

    Sorry, we couldn’t find what you were looking for. It may have been moved or removed.

    But the document is there.

    I'd like to try to help you and will start with some standard questions:

    • Are you the only user, or do others have access (via sharing) to your mind map too?
    • Are you working via mobile app or a browser?
    • Have you tried to log out of your browser, delete the cache and cookies and re-log-in?
    • Or to try it with another browser?

    • Device model
    • OS version
    • A screen recording of what is going on
    • Were the network conditions normal?
    • Is the issue reproduced on all maps? If not, please share the name of the affected map.

    Please grant us support access to your account. To do this: head over to your policies section in your accounts area (follow this link ) to access this section directly and grant our team Support Access.

    Please refresh, clear cookies + cache, log out + back in again. Then try again. The issue should be resolved.

    If not, please share the map name with me and enable support access to your account.
