What's going on? My 6 month subscription fee has been increased by 50%

Has anyone else experienced the same? My fee has been hiked by over 50% without prior communication.

I've searched my emails and I can only see a notification about the monthly price per user increasing. It's clearly targeted to users paying monthly bills. See attached.

If this is how Meister effects general price increases, then their conduct is unethical.

How can I get assistance? I wouldn't have renewed if they PLAINLY told me the rate would increase by over 50%. I'm currently unemployed.
