Meister has about 200 employees, how do they manage issues from over 20m users?

The simple answer is they don't.

Sorry to be a troll. I had a payment issue and it seems there's no one to assist . I doubt anyone at Meister even reads emails from personal users.

Think twice before opting for their paid plans. I can't even delete my card from the payment options.
