How to restore a version

I accidentally deleted a large thread and got an error from MindMeister. I couldn't revert back the changes because the page reloaded after the error. I can’t restore the version, because I need a paid subscription. I can’t pay for the subscription, because the Russian card. Who can I contact to restore the version? Is there technical support?
