When trying to extend the tariff for a year with an educational discount, there was a transition to the regular version. Had to renew at a regular rate. I ask you to extend the educational discount rate for me, as there was a technical failure due to the fact that my old payment card was not accepted due to sanctions. I had to find another payment method, but while I found another payment method, the tariff became different. The account from which the payment was made is linked to the mail -[redacted email].
