3D secure authentication payment error

I'm having this problem for days when trying to renew my subscription, this error is appearing. I already contacted support and they didn't help me, I did everything possible, I changed my card, I tried PayPal, I changed my browser and nothing, the same error always appears. I would like to know what is going on and if someone from the team could help me! I use the platform for study and I have several mind maps that I cannot lose on this account, I never had this problem on other platforms
