Exporting Mind Map

Hello, I have been trying to have a colleague view my mind map, and it's been over a week and still no luck - which is ridiculous. When I send them the link, they cannot get in. When I invite them as a member of my team, they see that I have no maps. I am using the free version. Please help!!!

    You mean "sharing" a map not exporting right?

    Did you click the 3 dots → Sharing → activate link sharing → Edit/View Setting and shared this link?

    If that doesn't work, maybe its because you are in a free plan… not sure
