Is it possible to open a PDF file but not download?

My pdf files attached will not open they will only down load. How do I just open so I can view and ideally edit?

    Resolved. Thank you. Appreciate the assist, I adjusted the chrome setting to open instead of download.

    PDF only allows a download, why? I need it to open when clicked.

    Hi @meister.a2fo9@passinbox.com — this should definitely not be the case. Clicking on a PDF attachment will open a preview within your browser.

    PDF previews are generally defined by your browser — does the same error occur when you use a different browser?
