Some of my team members experience delays seeing the tasks that I create

We're also having problems with my team's project creation. When I create tasks on sections on this account, some of my team members' accounts experience delays in seeing the tasks that I create. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or make any suggestions? How should I go about it?

I have faced some delayed loading times in MeisterTask since the updates too. But they're getting better. In my eyes, most delayed loading times are caused by the new sidebar because it needs some "extra time" to switch between MeisterTask and MindMeister.

This account is used by 5 people to control and manage all projects; the other four people use mobile phone apps. For example, if I create a task on one of my projects, the two people involved may not see it right away. If they want to see it, he must log out and then log back in using his cell phone. I guess it was a month ago, before the update i experience that issue already. But when there are using destop pc they see it right away. The delay is just on their mobile phone apps.
