New editor: Images exported from Slide show aren't rendering.

I have converted a presentation from the old editor to the new editor, and unfortunately now when I export the slides as a PDF (or as just images), most of the images aren't rendering (see attachment). This didn't happen with the prior editor, and the images render fine in the mindmap itself: https://mm.tt/app/map/2969242657?t=QhyserBMjj .

I found a solution on the forum :

" the issue is in the fact that you're using the old editor which is no longer supported!

Please click your user avatar in the top-right corner. Then click Preferences. From the Preferences menu, select Always use the new map editor."

I did that, and it works !

I have exactly the same problem since this mornig : my images are not loading on the mindmap when I export it on PDF…

@FanGrl I am using the new editor on this mindmap.

I'm not a fan of it, though, so I don't want it to be the default. The slides are very limited in comparison to the old editor.

Just to be sure, I tried setting the preference, and it doesn't help.

Is there a way to get actual support? I've been paying for this app for years; seems like I should be able to get support from the company.
