Can't cancel or downgrade account - just get "Forbidden" page. No response from support.

It's a very strange problem. I can access my account subscription page, but as soon as I do anything to downgrade my account, I'm thrown to a "Forbidden" page.
Of course, I have no problem "upgrading" my account if I want, but I can't stop or cancel my subscription.
Anyone else having this problem? I reached out to Meistertask back on Sept 28, but yet no response. Now they've charged my credit card against my will and still no response.
Anyone else experiencing this?
