Bug when duplicating a mindmap

Hey!

Each time I duplicate a mindmap, the order of the branch messed up. It's really PAINFUL.

Moreover, for the price we paid, it's EVEN MORE PAINFUL to ask a community (love you guys but you get my point) than a real support :/.

    You can normally find the contact information for support within your account settings (last point on the right-hand side) as a paid user.

    But nevertheless, is the community a good place to get help too 😉

    Can you please tell us, what kind of device you are using? Do you have the problems on a machine or mobile device? Have you tried to re-install the App on a mobile device or to delete the cache of used browser and to re-log-in?

    The bug is appearing on desktop navigator.

    I could not reproduce your described problem on my machine so far.

    • What system are you using?
    • Have you tried deleting the browser cache?
    • Have you tried to use a different browser?
