Image Quality Worse on Mobile?

Hello! I hope everyone is well.

I've noticed that on my desktop application, images appear crisp and high quality when I zoom in.

However, when I zoom in in the mobile app (Iphone), the same image is blurry so that I cannot read words in the image.

Does anyone know of a solution?

Hi Aaron!

I just spoke with the devs. The image preview might have worse quality (est. 30% worse) but once you download the image, it should have good quality again.

Can you confirm whether the quality is still worse when you've downloaded the image?

Can you please try to delete the cache of your browser, log-out, restart the browser and re-log-in? If this "first aid" doesn't work, I'll inform the team for further assistance.

Hey Jörg, I tried clearing my browser cache and then opening it again on my mobile device but the pictures are still grainy.

I am not sure what you mean by "downloading" the images. I'm simply viewing the images I had already uploaded to various nodes in my mind map from my desktop. Later, I then view them on the Iphone 12 app and they appear to have a lower resolution.

Can you give me the steps?

• The image you're testing this with (so we can do tests too)
• A screenshot of the low-resolution image in the mind map
