"The operation couldn’t be completed." error when opening maps?

I’m having trouble opening a couple of MAPS after I shared them with a coworker who doesn’t have a MindMeister license.

When I try to open the map, I get the following message “The operation couldn’t be completed. (MindMeister.MindmapServiceError0.)

What can I do to access my maps?

    Hi @Raphael Spinelli ,

    • Could you make sure your browser or the app is updated and log out and log back in again?
    • If you are in a browser: Does the same happen in other browsers? Can you try in Incognito mode?
