Subscription cancellation due to health

Dear Mindmeister community,

On 2 October 2023, I signed up for MindMeister Personal for Educators since I had recently started my job as a teacher at a university in the Netherlands.

I was happy with the mind maps I made. They provided me with a good overview and helped me focus on the essentials when taking notes.

However, a personal tragedy occurred. I was unexpectedly hospitalised on Monday and have been diagnosed with cancer. I of course immediately had to put my job on hold (it's of course not even certain if I will be able to practice it again at this point…).

So, as much as I like your product, I am unable to make use of it in my current condition. My subscription runs until 2 Oct 2024, but I'd like to kindly request to cancel it due to this force majeure situation. In case I recover and can again do my job again as an educator I'll surely sign up again.
