We are not able to get into our meister task due to billing issues.
We want to perform the payment that needs to be done and have tried so on multiple accounts.
The credit card we used had a limit lower than the required amount, we increased it to a number far greater than the required amount but it still won't go through.
This all while my employees can't log in and do their daily work for 3 days now already.
Support has not been helping through emailing, and the phone number you can call results into a automated bot that asks you to leave your email.
