Accidentally paid for MindMeister instead of MeisterTask - Can someone help?

My business partner and I had just started using Meister Task which works extremely well and somehow whenever our trial period was ending we paid for Mind Meister instead of Meister Task. I have effortlessly been trying to reach someone n support or billing to sort this out but haven'''t got anywhere. If someone could please help or point me in the right direction we would really appreciate that.
