Resource Not found

・When trying to copy an old version, an "Error" message appears, and copying cannot be completed.
・It changes automatically (even though I haven't shared it with anyone).
・Unable to delete items (displays "Resource Not found").

It's just difficult to use.
I upgraded to the paid version, but the performance is slow, and the above errors are not resolved.
Will I be billed again six months later for the subscription?
I really dislike that.
Is support available here as well?
