[RESOLVED] Unable to pick a colour from Spectrum or Grid (More colours)

I can not pick any colour from More Colours, a board has just stopped working.

    Also cannot do this. Style→shape→spectrum/grid does not work for me to change background of shape.

    This sounds odd…Might be a bug. Could I please ask you both to do some standard troubleshooting and see if it solves the issue?

    1. Clear cookies and cache.
    2. Make sure your browser + device are up to date.
    3. Test in Incognito mode.
    4. Test in a different browser.

    If the issue persists, please could you tell me:

    1. Are you using the app or browser?
    2. Which browser/app + device version?
    3. Does it occur on all maps or just one?
    4. Can you share a screen recording?

    Tried in Safari and Chrome.

    All maps.

    Clear cookies - no changes :(
    That is browser, it occurs on all maps,
    Google Chrome

    I'm having the same problem and it's been worse for almost a month now. The page was updated saying that it was sorry for what happened and that it was already working to resolve it. But I see that nothing has been done so far. It's hard to use like that.

    I was told by Meister support that changing the background colors in the spectrum or grid was a higher tier paid service (I have the personal paid) through the Pro.

    This used to work prior to a few weeks ago. I hope you're not seriously putting a simple formatting feature behind an additional tier.
