[RESOLVED] Unable to export to PDF

Hi, trying to export one of my mind maps to PDF and get an error message - oh no, something went wrong - but no indication as to why it will not work after following the steps shown correctly, any ideas?

    Hello.

    I am a Personal subscriber.

    I spent all day trying to export my map, but I couldn't.

    The following, and extremely vague, message always appears:

    "Oops - something wrong happened"

    Can anyone help?

    Hi all,

    I'm sorry to hear this. I'll create a bug report. Could you please tell me:

    • Your MM version/ device version/ browser version
    • Are you using the app or the web?
    • Does it happen with all maps or just a specific map?
    • Have you tried clearing cache + cookies?

    Same issue here.

    • Using on the web with MS Edge 121.0.2277.98
    • Happens with new style maps only.
    • Tried in an InPrivate Window, same problem.
    • Did not try resetting browser / clear cookies, as that's highly inconvenient.
    • We are using SSO with M356 logins and business license.

    Could you please share a screen recording with dev console open?

    To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

    Could you also enable support access?
