Can't login with Office 365 account - 500 error

Hi, I have some mind maps on another account subscription that load if I go directly to them, but if I try to access my account profile, it asks me to "Log in with Microsoft" and if I provide the account that I used to sign up, it returns the 500 error below. Happens in multiple browsers. I'm worried that I will eventually lose access to my maps.

I saw the support article about 500 errors but am not trying to change my email address.

I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue. You could also try the following to see if anything changes:

• Clear the cache and cookies in your browser.
• Use a different browser.
• Open your account in incognito/private mode.

Alternatively, is it possible that you signed up with two different email addresses?
