Использую бесплатный тариф. Большая часть карты резко исчезла сама по себе. Сохранена в версиях карты, но нужно оплатить, чтобы ее восстановить. Как восстановить или связаться с техподдержкой mindmeister, чтобы помогли восстановить версию? Очень срочно!

as a basic user you can still see the version history, so you can see the last version of your map but not restore it.

If you would like the easy solution, then I would recommend upgrading to one of the paid plans, where you have the ability to restore a previous version. See here our different pricing plans, where you can upgrade yourself.

Alternatively, if you want to stay with the Basic plan, you could make a screenshot of the previous version, visible in the version history, and rebuild that map by hand.

In your case, I would recommend trying one of these methods. You can see here what level of support the MindMeister Support is providing based on the different pricing plans. Priority support is not available on the basic plan.
