Map lost due to error?

Hello MindMeister community,

This past November, I created a LinkedIn Content Strategy Map for an organization I represent. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to access the map for no explainable reason. Here is the link: https://mm.tt/3044848622?t=mHjPv0MrfI.

Can my map be recovered?

I reached out to a friend with whom I shared the map. They're able to access it via this link: https://www.mindmeister.com/app/map/3050259691?t=mHjPv0MrfI. However, if I click on this link through a normal browser window, I have the same problem. If I access the link via an incognito window, I can view the map.

I am sorry to hear that you have trouble accessing the map. Does the map still show up on your Dashboard?

If yes, I would recommend trying to delete your access and add your access again. You could also ask your friend to help you.

Another reason might be the 3 map limit, which means that you only have access to 3 maps… if you have more maps than 3 than this can also cause that maps are not accessible anymore.
