UNACCEPTABLE LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT - DO NOT RECOMMEND THE MINDMAP
I've been working on a project for a long time, but for some reason, last Saturday, I lost access to some previous versions of my mind map. Several versions are listed on my history, but when I try to recover them, I get an error message. I lost a lot of progress! When I first tried to reach the Customer Service department, I was made aware my plan did not have this type of support. So, I had to update my plan to get help from Customer Service. But nobody answers when I call the phone number provided, and so far, no one replied to my e-mail message.
Did anyone else have a similar problem? If so, is there a way to solve it?
I trusted the software to prepare a very important work project, but I lost hours of work. I do not recommend anyone to use it for professional purposes, due to the lack of support even using the Pro version.
