Status code 401

Hi

Can anybody help with this problem I am having, when I tried to share a map with someone the platform responded with the following;

"Request Failed with status code 401"

How do I fix this, any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi John,

Is this error still occurring?

Does it happen with every map you try to share or only a specific one?

Please could you try some basic troubleshooting and let me know if the problem persists:

• Delete cookies + cache
• Try in incognito mode
• Log out + back in
• Try in the app
• Try sharing with someone else
• Refresh the page
