Has anyone developed a MECE template?

    Hi @Kelvin Genn and welcome to the community 👋🙂

    As far as I can see, there has actually no one created a template, based on the MECE framework. I think, it could be very interesting to create a MeisterTask template like that. What are your ideas so far?

    Do you know this interesting article from Barbara Minto on the website of McKinsey? A first step could be, to create a mind map with MindMeister and then to think about transferring it to a MeisterTask project 😉
