Mind map has disappeared

Support has been silent for 4 days now, despite the priority access on my tariff. That's why I'm writing here.

On April 9th, my mind map disappeared, which I built every day for about 7 days — this is my work project.

It's empty now. I didn't delete it, didn't move it to the trash, and didn't change anything inside the card. The recovery version is only available from April 3rd.
