The maps are being exported decentralized.

Is support aware of this issue?

    We used to have a bug like this which has since been solved. Perhaps we have it again…

    Which export is this about?

    Does it happen with all maps or just one specific one?

    Please could you enable support access?

    The problem occurs with image and PDF exports. I just activated support access on my account.

    Hey!

    Thanks for the info. Our devs just tested exporting your maps and the result was alright. Could you please share the examples of uncentered PDFs?

    If you can tell us what isn't okay with examples, it'll be easier for us to help.

    Good morning.

    This is the map I'm working on. Whether an image or PDF for landscape or portrait mode, the map is off-center. It's getting "aligned" downwards.
