[RESOLVED] Connections?

HELP…anyone. Using MAC OS 12.7.4. There is supposed to be priority email support, but…

A. Where the **** is an actual fillable form that will be directed to the HELP CENTRE…does one actually exist?

B. For the past 48hours I have been unable to make Connections. When I follow the process outlined below I get the attached error message.
