[RESOLVED] Export issues on iOS

I'm unable to export the mind map on the iPhone or iPad. I choose the jpeg or png option, request export, but nothing happens. How to solve?

This might be a current bug. To help us figure out what it is, please could you answer the following:

• Does the export work on PC and not work on iOS?
• What's the name of the map?
• How many topics does the map have?
• iOS version?
• MM app version?
• And please could you send error logs?

Hi.
• Yes. I have exported normally on PC, but it doesn’t work on iOS (iPhone or iPad);

• Actually, I have 2 maps in portuguese language: SISTEMA CARDIOVASCULAR (4 topics) and NEVRALGIA DO NERVO TRIGÊMEO (3 topics);

• iOS 17.4.1;

• MM app version: 8.2.14;

• Error logs sent by email.

We can't find your logs!

We checked for logs associated with the email address you have here in the community. Could you resend the logs or let us know which email they were sent from?
