[CURRENT BUG] Application does not open the mind map because it's 'not in the correct format'
How to solve this problem when opening the map in the iPhone app? The data could not be read because it is not in the correct format.

Sorry, I believe this is a current bug!
Does this happen with all maps or only a specific one? If it's for a specific one, could you tell me the map's name?

I have recently installed the MindMeister app on an iPad 10. The map we were working on started getting an error msg about wrong format
Now when I try to open any mind map I get the following: Error The data couldn't be read it isn't in the correct format
Any one else had this issue?

I've merged your post here because I believe the same bug is affecting you both.
Could you tell me the name of the problem map please?
And can you confirm other maps work fine?
It'd also be great if you could enable support access to your account.

It is happening on all the maps when using the app on the iPad.
Everything works perfectly on my Laptop
I have enabled support access on the account

Could you please give me an example map URL you're trying to open?
Could you also give me the steps you are trying to open it on iPad?

You can try open the Map called LL
Simply just clicking on the map from the list and once it opens onto the map the background stays blank and the error msg comes up (iPad)

I have been using this platform for a couple of days, but when it comes to the mobile app, it doesn't load the map. Instead, this error is highlighted (ScreenShot Attached)
Is anyone facing the problem? would be a great help if you help to solve.

I have a problem, every time I open the map name "NEXT" on my mobile application iPhone, it does not work. It only worked for a couple of hours when I signed up on MindMeister a few days ago. Secondly, two more maps created automatically, every time I open application on my iphone or try to open the NEXT named map which never worked on my app.1 -
I downloaded the app on my iPhon, at first was working fine. Now, a few days later, getting the attached error message whenever I try to open one of my maps. However, they load just fine on desktop.

I posted about the issue I faced on May 28th, and a month ago, your team requested access to my maps. I provided the access, but the problem persists. Unfortunately, I haven't received any feedback or updates since then.
I cannot afford to wait any longer for a solution, so I will be moving to a different platform for my plans.
