[RESOLVED] Unable to access maps

I haven't been able to access my maps for two days. This message appears:

I can't log in to "mind meister".The following message will appear. ↓

The same goes for repeated refreshes.The same applies even if you use a different computer or line.The same goes for clearing the cache.
What should I do now?

Are more people familiar with a glitch that prevents you from accessing mindmaps, this has been going on for at least 2 days.... Any tips?

Could you please take a picture or video of the error occurring with dev console open?

To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

This will help us identify the issue.

From the screenshot, it seems you're opening a map, not logging into the MindMeister dashboard.

How did you get to this stage? Could you maybe share a screen recording?

Could you try clearing cookies and trying in incognito mode?

I simply serched on google "mindmeister" and clicked on the link.

The same thing happens when i type the URL https://www.mindmeister.com/ in the URL box.

I've alredy tried clearing cookies and incognito mode.
