Hello!

I opened my MindMeister today. I haven't changed anything, however, some sections have disappeared (pushing the back button, nothing changes).

At the same time, I can see the disappeared section (highlighted black) in the previous version of my map. That is strange as now if I want to get my full map, I need to buy a subscription.

Please, could you check it for me? It looks like a bug, as the page was opened without any manipulation.

Hi Aleksandra,

Is this issue still occurring?

If so, could you please:

• Delete cookies and cache
• Update your browser/ app
• Log out and back in

Once you've done this, please:

• Test in Incognito mode
• Test a different map

Please share your findings with me and then I'll know how to escalate this.
