My new maps are not saved! I do and redo and the info is lost

This has happened to me before, but closing the website and starting again has solved the problem. But today nothing works! I am extremely disappointed because this bug is recurrent.

    Hi Marina — I'm sorry to hear about this, definitely not aware of any bugs with synchronization at the moment. Would also be interested in whether you are using MeisterTask or MindMeister — then I can take a closer look at your account.

    I have the same problem…
    I´m using the basic account and during some cards moving, some child topic disappear.
    I tried to use redo but it´s not working…

    Is it possible that the last 5-10min was not saved?

    thanks for reaching out, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team , and explain the issue in detail.

    When you contact support, I would recommend including as much information as possible:

    • include which account and mind maps are affected
    • Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access 
    • Please send a screenshot or video when the error occurs with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).
