A mind map creator keeps sending me link to get his mind map but never arrives

A mind map author creates a mind map for his listeners at the beginning of every month, but it never arrives to my account. He seems to be using the right email accoun but now I wonder.

I click on either link and this is what I get:

It says that it cannot find the linked item. The mind map there was an old map sent to be by accident. The person sending the new map does not seem to be getting through. Is it going to the wrong account? I don't understand.

I also tried to put the URLs of the mind maps in the browser, but they are not accessible. This leads me to believe it's an issue with the URL. Maybe it has changed?

You also mentioned your worry about the mind map going to the wrong account. I would advise that you check your account, and see what email you used for setting up the account. Then you can double-check with the sender, whether the sender is using the correct email address of yours.
