Exporting to Word Document Does not happening with proper Formatting?

Whenever i Export to Word file the headings convert i to asterisks and no proper formatting is happening, i am very much disappointed, any solutions to it please

if just tried exporting my mind map to a Word document, and it does work as expected for me.

Could you please try to explain more details: What formatting would you expect, and what does the formatting look in reality? Screenshots of this would help tremendously to see the issue. Are you working in the browser or using a mobile app?
