My mind map disappeared

I spent more than 3 hours developing a mind map that simply disappeared overnight.

How can I recover such work?

This is not the first time this has happened, and it's becoming quite complicated to work with the concern that the tool will simply erase the work.

I await instructions on how to proceed.

To help recover your mind map, please follow these steps:

1. Check the Trash or Archive: Sometimes items might get moved inadvertently. Please check if the mind map is in the Trash or Archive section of the tool.
2. Version History: Depending on the subscription plan, you may be able to revert to a previous version where your mind map is still intact.
3. Correct Account: Please ensure you’re logged into the correct account associated with your mind map. Sometime users log in with a different email address / account.
