My maps disappeared

My maps disappeared, is it because of the new editor? or because there was a downgrade from the PRO plan to BASIC?

I have two accounts, one pro and one basic, today they all appeared based on how to recover?
What is the channel to talk to mind?

I can't find their support channel

It seems all your maps are in the legacy version. Perhaps this article will help clarify.

Legacy maps are no longer accessible via iOS.
