erro ao incluir imagem

fiz o pagamento da versao persoal, mas não habilitou a função para incluir mais do que 02 imagens no meu mapa mental.

Você sabe como resolver?

Já tentei resertar, limpar cache e nada.

When you contact support, I would recommend including as much information as possible:

• include which account and mind maps are affected
• Consider to Enable Access to your account
• Please send a screenshot with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).
