I'm a teacher and I want to upgrade basic to Personnal education, but my email doesn't work to apply this price. How can I do ? Thank for your help.

No worries, you can follow these steps:

To apply for your discount:

1. Create a free Basic account with your academic email address.
2. Submit a ticket request with information about your educational status and your contact details. 
3. Select Nonprofit/Educational Discount as your Request Type. 
4. Attach any relevant documentation (see eligibility requirements here) to the ticket.

Ensure you use the institution's email address! Users with email addresses from gmail.com, hotmail.com, or gmx.com are not eligible for the discount.

Once we've reviewed your application and confirmed your eligibility, you'll be contacted with further information on completing your discounted purchase.

Please allow at least 3 business days for processing. Applications without sufficient documentation to prove eligibility may lead to delays.

Discounts cannot be provided by Meister once the purchase has been completed. Please follow the above steps and wait for approval before finalizing your purchase.
