Custom color is not working

I have a PRO account, however the custom color is not enabled, so I can't use it. Please someone help me!

I am sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties. Could you describe more in detail what you are trying to do? What are you clicking on, what is the goal?

Hi Cornelia Patscheider, thanks for the quick answer. I haven't been able to use the custom color feature, it dose not turn on when I try to change the color in the map, when I click it does not open. Only the basic colors apear. Last week it was working perfectly. I want to use different colors in shapes specially. Here's a screenshot of the situation.

okay, I understand, when you click on the custom color (the round icon), it does not open. That seems weird. I just tried it and it works normally on my mind map. Does this issue only occur in this mind map or in all of your mind maps?

I would recommend that you can easily try the following:

• Clear the cache and cookies in your browser
• Try another browser
• Open your account in incognito/private mode
