I took over ownership from my predecessor.

I then tried to deactivate the predecessor's account and remove it from the team, but an error occurred.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Hey @kazuki.furukawa and welcome to the Community 😀!

First you'll have to remove admin privileges from your predecessor. Then you can deactivate the account and remove them from. your team.

If you're a team admin on a Business plan, you can remove admin privileges on the "My Teams" page:

If you're on a Pro plan (or only have one admin), our Support Team can change your team's admin rights (to contact support, click the ? menu in the top-right corner of the interface and select "Contact Us").

I hope this answers your question.

Let me know if you need any more help!

    Best,

    Miša
