I've lost everything

The mind map I spent three hours creating suddenly disappeared without any content. Is this tool prone to such issues? If this is true, I feel greatly inconvenienced by the subscription cost, and I am considering warning my friends about it.

    It happened to me as well. I do not have trust in MM anymore. And I used to have paid subscription for so many bussiness years.

    I would be very grateful if somebody help me and you friend.

    When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

    • include which account and mind maps are affected
    • Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access 
    • Please send a screenshot or video with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

    A map I created on the night of October 2nd, 2024 (Japan time) disappeared around 0:00 on October 3rd, including all of its contents and history.
